Consumed over 2100 calories today. Should have been more but what can ya do. Also way over on carbs clearly but man I love my fruit.. Spot on with fat though YAY and I need to consume more protein.

When to the gym this morning, and then went swimming after work. I actually had a really fantastic day. I’ll be happy to see it continue tomorrow!
