Worked 9-4 then made my way to the gym which consisted of:
5 min warm up run
6 min row, machine
Inner thigh, machine 4 sets, 10 reps, 90lbs
Leg lifts 5 sets, 10 reps 140 pounds
Reverse crunches 5 sets, 10 reps
Push ups 3 sets 10 reps (half of these were half assed not going to lie I was tired today)
Then ran to grocery store, cleaned my place, made dinner for Andrew and I and now passing the fuck out.
I’m happy Monday is over.
