Oh hello! :) How I got started was mainly with changes in my diet. I began eatings 80% healthy and treated myself regularly. It wasn’t hard to cut out pop, chips and bacon right away. Lots of water, balanced intake.
I began with 20 minutes on the elliptical 3-4 times a week and just a combination of crunches and push ups afterwards!
Since then my workout routine has definitely progressed haha
